Acted as lead counsel to a private investor in the context of a PPP with the government of Sierra Leone for the refurbishment, installation and operation of a crude oil refinery for a total value of US$ 190,000,000.00/

Acted as legal counsel on behalf of a partner of a telecom company in the acquisition from the ARPTC of a 2G and 3G mobile telephony license in the Democratic Republic of Congo and currently advising on the expansion to include 4G capability for an initial value of US$ 65,000,000.00/;

Acted on behalf of a Chinese partially state-owned technology company that specializes in telecom by establishing a branch in Lebanon and advising on its negotiations with the Lebanese Government to act as main equipment vendor to mobile telephony operators in Lebanon;

Tailored a restructuring of the debt and equity investment of bondholders in a major real estate project with a view of redeeming all perpetual convertible bonds issued against the direct acquisition of real estate by bondholders for a total value of US$ 150,000,000.00/;

Advised a private partner in the context of a PPP for the establishment of a Shared (National) Equipment Identity Register (EIR) in the Democratic Republic of Congo;

Acted on behalf of a group of private investors for the incorporation of a holding company in Cyprus, advising on the appropriate tax structure with regards to double taxation treaties, through our accomplished collaboration with Baker Tilly, for the acquisition of real estate investments in Greece;

Acted as legal counsel on behalf of a partner for the purpose of a Joint Venture Agreement in the agroindustry, advising on the land status with the local regulatory authorities in the republic of Ghana;

Acted as lead counsel on behalf of an investor in negotiating, reviewing and amending a PPA and SHA and advised on the investment restructuring in the context of a joint venture with the Lebanese Government for the operation of a wind energy power plant;

Acted as lead counsel on behalf of a telecom consortium in the sale of controlling equity interests in three telecom operations in Tanzania, Uganda and Burundi for a total value of US$ 131,000,000.00/, as well in the negotiation of a settlement incorporating the subsequent sale of minority equity interests for US$ 20,000,000.00/;

Acted on behalf of a group of investors for the settlement of USD$ 50,000,000.00 for compensation regarding the loss of investment in the telecom market in Africa;

Acted as legal counsel to TimeTurns Holdings in the context of a strategic merger between Hello Axiata and Smart Mobile in Cambodia, for an approximate value of US$ 155,000,000.00/.

Acted as a counsel of a telecom operator in Africa for the assignment of its spectrum to another telecom operator in the same territory, valued over US$ 42,000,000.00/.

Acted as a legal counsel of a telecom operator in Asia for the transfer of its license and spectrum to another telecom operator in the same territory valued over US$ 110,000,000.00/. 

Acted as legal counsel for the acquisition of a minority stake of a telecom company in Asia, with the transaction valued at US$ 1,200,000,000.00/.

Acted as legal counsel for the divestment of a telecom company in Asia, with the transactional value of US$ 330,000,000.00/.
