Edwina is an Associate with expertise in civil and administrative litigation, corporate and commercial law. She has a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) and a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the St. Joseph University, Beirut Lebanon. 

In particular, Edwina specializes in electronic wallets by drafting and amending legal agreements as well as offering invaluable advice on complex legal and regulatory matters such as licensing, compliance, and privacy. In addition, Edwina is well-versed in participating in tenders, drafting and amending complex commercial agreements and handling litigation matters including drafting petitions and responses. 

Edwina was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2016. She is fluent in English, French, and Arabic, allowing her to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
