Carla is a Trainee Lawyer at LEX & CO., where she is involved in a broad range of legal matters,
including corporate, commercial, and contractual matters. She works closely with partners and
senior lawyers across a variety of mandates, contributing to different aspects of the firm’s
practice.

Carla holds an LL.M. in International Corporate and Commercial Law from King’s College London
(Merit), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master 1 in Private Law from the Holy Spirit
University of Kaslik (USEK). Carla is a trainee lawyer admitted to the Beirut Bar Association.

Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Carla brings a structured approach and a sharp, well-
reasoned perspective to her work.
