Sharen Succar is an Associate who’s expertise extends to various areas of law, focusing on litigation, corporate law, commercial law and drafting complex commercial agreements. She also advises clients both in cross-border and domestic transactions as well as all aspects of general corporate restructurings, contract interpretation, dispute resolution and labor matters. She provides valuable support and assistance to her team members by assisting in all matters as well as mentoring trainees.

Sharen holds a License Degree in Private Law from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in Lebanon, and is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association. Sharen ranked second in the admission exam 2019 and was selected by the Beirut Bar Association to take part in the highly competitive International Internship Program organized by the Paris Bar Association and Paris Bar School (EFB).
